Capture the Magic of Christmas

Christmas is a beautiful season that we all love and enjoy. It is a wonderful time to share memorable moments with family, friends and gave gifts and wishes to your loved ones. 

Every year, as winter approaches, I can sense that Christmas is just around the corner, and it’s time to start preparing for the new Christmas project!

My 2023 year's painting was a charming scene where a cute Santa Claus visits a small, picturesque town, bringing joy and gifts to the community. In this artwork, Santa was depicted in a playful, whimsical style, with twinkling eyes. Accompanying him was an adorable skating snowman with  a carrot nose, adding a touch of cheerfulness to the scene. 

The backdrop featured lovely, snow-covered present shops, Chrismas trees, twinkling lights, and chil, all contributing to a sense of warmth and community. The gifts Santa carried symbolize hope and joy, reminding us of the true meaning of Christmas—sharing love and happiness with one another.

This painting aims to evoke feelings of nostalgia and warmth, inviting viewers to reminisce about their own holiday memories, sparking joy in everyone who sees it.

As approaching to the end of the year 2024, my friends and family are planning  a long-awaited trip to Iceland, a destination we have dreamed of visiting for years. We are going to celebrate this year's Christmas in Iceland witnessing the stunning north pole aurora on this enchanting Arctic landscape.

In my painting, I imagine the aurora borealis dancing gracefully above a rugged mountain range. It's vibrant greens and purples shimmering against the night sky.

In the foreground, a polar bear and her adorable cub gaze in awe at a charming Christmas tree adorned with twinkling lights and stars. The tree stands resiliently on the icy shore; the gentle waves of the ocean reflect the brilliant hues of the aurora, creating a harmonious blend of nature and vibrant spirit of Christmas in the magical realm of Iceland.
